My local council is The City of Canada Bay .It is located in the inner-western suburbs of Sydney,
 The Census population of the City of Canada Bay in 2011 was 75,762.
Enumerated Population (excluding O/S visitors) 75,446. 
 The numbers of Non-English speaking backgrounds are 21,701.
 Main English speaking countries 5,173. Australia 43,941.Not Stated 4,946,  Total Overseas born 26,874.

 There are the three largest ancestries in the City of Canada Bay these  are English(,15,705) Australian(15,521), and Italian(12,171).

 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population is  286 . 

 In the City of Canada Bay 33,835 people are employed,  70% are working full time and 28% part time. There are more professionals
( 10,150 )than any other occupation.
Here are some example 5,786 Clerical and Administrative Workers ,  6,045 Managers ,Technicians and Trades Workers 3,389.

 Chinese,English and Korean.communities expanded in this area between 2006 and 2011 

The largest changes in the reported ancestries of the population in this area between 2006 and 2011 were Chinese,English and Korean.
